Congressional investigations have revealed that citizens are now living under increasing threat of Department of Defense funded biologic warfare programs (SARS-CoV-2 and other viral gain of function, Lyme and other tick-born disease, etc.). Of course, priming the immune system through proper nutrition is the foundation for protection against infectious and many other illnesses. However, viral infection prevention measures can be effectively incorporated quite easily into one’s daily hygiene routine.

The scientific literature does support the following program to help prevent almost any viral replication and severity of disease if exposed and infected.

  • • Exercise the regimen preventatively after social gatherings or other high risk congregate setting exposure (special events, crowded restaurants, church, etc.).
  • • Use up to four times daily at the earliest sign of a viral infection syndrome. * Limit to 5 days maximum.
  • Examples of branded products include CofixRX, ImmuneMist, and Betadine Throat Gargle. However, similar solutions with the active ingrediant can be made at home at much lower cost.
  • Either diluted povidone/iodine or diluted food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide (e.g. Essential Oxygen) have been used. *Note that some are sensitive to povidone and caution if pregnant.
  • • Dilute 1/4 teaspoon 10% povidone/iodine in 2 teaspoons distilled water or normal saline (1:8 dilution).
  • • Or dilute 1/2 teaspoon 3% hydrogen peroxide in 1.5 teaspoons (1/2 tablespoon) distilled water (1:3 dilution). *Note this may sting slightly if too strong, for which one can simply dilute a little more.
  • Povidone/iodine solution can temporarily stain the skin. Also, hydrogen peroxide is more palatable than povidone/iodine for some people.
  • • Use a sanitized nasal spray pump or a baby bulb syringe to apply small amount in each nasal passage (just enough to run back to the nasopharynx).
  • • One may also squirt the solution into the throat and gargle with the rest for 30 seconds (which is not easy and requires practice).
  • • Then spit out the solution. Do not swallow either (which is not necessary for the virucidal effect).
  • • Finally chase with a water gargle and spit.

*If concerned about possible povidone sensitivity, then consider first trying only a nasal rinse and have diphenhydramine/Benadryl available.

“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 1:2
